50 Miles For Josh

I've always enjoyed pushing my limits throughout life. I like to get out of my comfort zone and see what i am capable of achieving. That is what led me to attempt the 50 mile ultramarathon. One thing about attacking a challenge like this is not just the physical aspect of it but the mental aspect as well. That's why having a good mental health is so important. It's becoming more and more evident that so many people are struggling with a mental illness. That's why i thought this would be a great time to raise money for the Josh Merriman Foundation. Not only was Josh a friend of mine but a brother to me for most of my life. So this gave me the extra motivation I needed when the going got tough, not only physically but mentally, to keep pushing to the end. I know Josh was with me on that day from start to end.
